- Have I dealt with integrity in all my work and business relationships?
- Have I harbored a spirit of unforgiveness or grudge-bearing against anyone?
- Is there any unconfessed sin in my life that I am unwilling to deal with?
- Have I maintained purity in my relationships with women other than my wife?
- Have I viewed any soft or explicit sexual material?
- Have I been consistent in my prayer and devotional life?
- Have I been faithful in my financial giving to the Lord?
- Have I invested time and energy into my family this week in recreation, conversation, and spiritual instruction?
- Have I lied or misrepresented the truth to anyone this week?
- Has my thought life been pure before God or has it run to frequent fantasies like power, materialism, or sexual misconduct?
- Has my conversation...opinions, jokes, expressions...been consistent with a sound commitment to Christ-likeness?
- Have I been faithful in sharing my faith readily as God has given me opportunities?
- Have I mis-used my position of power in any way?
- Have I lied about any of the above?
