As Israel trades their trust in God for a king they can see, we’re challenged to consider whom we are really trusting and whose glory we are actually pursuing.

Finally, Simon challenges us to examine our hearts and ask whether we are faithfully following God’s mission or slowly building monuments for ourselves.
